The TV presenter has reportedly been seen behind the wheel for the first time last year’s car crash.
Ant McPartlin was spotted driving his silver Range Rover in London earlier this week, 15 months after he was involved in a drink-driving car accident.
His girlfriend, Anne-Marie Corbett, could be seen in the passenger seat as they drove.
The 43-year-old lost his licence after the incident and was reportedly banned from driving for 20 months.
According to The Sun, the Britain’s Got Talent host took a rehabilitation course for drink-drivers, which cut five months off the ban.
A source told the publication: “It hasn’t diminished the impact of everything which has happened, and remains fresh in his mind.
“It’s been a dreadful time and he has many regrets, but he’s very pleased to be getting back to normality too.”
The source continued: “The course is not something unique to him or his celeb status. Anyone could have done the same. It usually leads to a ban being reduced by a quarter.”
Ant was arrested in March 2018 after he crashed his car into another vehicle in Richmond, south-west London.
He was found to be more than twice over the drink-drive limit at the time of the incident.
After he pleaded guilty during a court appearance in April 2018, the judge landed him with the lengthy driving ban as well as fining him £86,000.
It is said to be the UK’s largest-ever drink-driving fine.
The Geordie TV personality then took a number of months off work to focus on his sobriety, giving up his gig on I’m A Celebrity to This Morning star Holly Willoughby.
In recent months Ant has made his telly return, presenting Britain’s Got Talent along with his long-time sidekick Declan Donnelly.
The double act is said to return to the Australian jungle to film I’m A Celeb later this year, having already filmed a hilarious promotional video together.
