Iasha Masood was the latest casualty on this year’s Apprentice.
After her team failed to win on the rollercoaster challenge, the 27-year-old, who was criticised for not helping enough in the task, was given the boot by Lord Sugar.
In the final taxi scene at the end of the episode, the account manager declared she was not “the weakest candidate”.
Speaking about her premature departure to Daily Star Online, Iasha explained one candidate doesn’t have what it takes to go all the way.
When asked what she thought about the youngest ever contestant, Ryan-Mark Parsons, she admitted he has the fun factor.
“He’s so entertaining,” she quipped.
“I love watching him – his little scream and his judgemental side eye.”
While Iasha was a big fan of the womenswear buyer’s eccentric persona, she admitted he doesn’t have what it takes to be Lord Sugar’s next apprentice.
“I don’t think in a million years Ryan-Mark is going to win”, she explained.
“I do love him as a person, he’s so funny.
“I love watching him. He’s legendary, and it’s mad that he’s 19 years old.
Alongside Ryan-Mark, Iasha admitted another contestant should have been cut.
“I think from a business perspective I don’t think Dean is quite there yet.”
Can’t wait to see what the next episode brings…
The Apprentice continues on Wednesday at 9pm on BBC One.
