From latex catsuits to bejewelled lingerie, if it’s skimpy enough you can bet the girls have worn it.
But their latest career venture promises to be one of their most provocative yet.
The duo star in upcoming stripper movie Hustlers.
Based on a by a viral New York Magazine article, the film follows former strip club employees teaming up to “turn the tables on their Wall Street clients” and cash in.
The article revealed how a group of New York strippers drugged and robbed multiple bankers in the months after the 2008 credit crash.
In the opening scenes of the film’s trailer, J. Lo – who plays the role of Ramona – can be seen practicing her provocative moves on a stripper pole.
Teaching a new employee, J. Lo explains: “Front hook, ankle hook, knee hook, from here you can do the carousel…”
The pop icon the proceeds to twirl around the pole like a pro showing off her infamous booty in the process.
Later on in the clip, Jenny from the Block wows a room full of punters as they throw dollar bills at her.
Oozing sex appeal, the chart-topper rocks a cut-out silver leotard as lights flash around her.
Teasing their plan to get their own back on the men in suits, J. Lo purrs: “The game is rigged and it does not reward people who play by the rules.”
Speaking about the film, director Lorene Scafaria said the film is “an empathetic look at women and men, our gender roles, what we’re valued for [and] what we’ve been told is our value.”
She adds: “Men have been told they’re worth the size of their bank accounts. Women have been told they’re worth the symmetry of their faces, their bodies, their beauty, and that’s what this film is based on.
“The rules of the club are the rules of the world.”
