Caroline, 38, spoke about the racy encounter, which was for 2001 film Is Harry On The Boat? to the Sun, saying: “The last time I met Danny Dyer I was in a film with him. If you Google it you will see.
“I was only young. I was 19. I’m proud of everything I’ve done, but you may see a bit of nudity.”
In the video, a then 19 year old Caroline wakes Danny’s character up as she strips naked in the doorway before climbing on top of him.
As she goes in for a kiss, she asks him: “Do you mind if my friend joins us?”
The camera then pans to another girl in red underwear who is watching them both, while Danny looks thrilled with his luck.
Before the raunchy 2001 role, Caroline first starred in Bo’ Selecta with Keith Lemon, which featured a spoof of The Osbournes and Michael Jackson.
Leigh Francis, aka Keith, played Michael and showed viewers around the home he shared with his sister Janet, brothers Tito and Jermaine and his pet monkey Bubbles.
Caroline played Bubbles, who was meant to be Michael’s pet monkey, and the role left little to the imagination as she donned a skimpy black outfit for the scenes.
Dressed in a tiny top and shorts, Caroline became Michael’s glamorous assistant as he chopped a range of veggies for his eggy delight.
Seductively eating a variety of items, including biting on a button mushroom, Caroline cheekily put on a very sexy display for the camera.
The blonde bombshell helped with the omelette making as she cracked eggs into Michael’s mouth before he outrageously threw up the contents into the frying pan.
But it didn’t stop there as he urged the scantily-clad Caroline to eat his vom-tastic creation.
13 years later, Caroline announced she was stepping down from her Love Island hosting role, which she had been doing since 2015.
She wrote on social media yesterday: “Love Island has been my world for the last five years, it’s the best show on telly. In order to not detract attention from the upcoming series I feel the best thing I can do is to stand down for series six.
“I want to wish the incredible team working on the show a fantastic series in Cape Town.’
“While matters were not as have been reported, I am committed to co-operating with the appropriate authorities and I can’t comment further on these matters until the legal process is over.”
