Coronation Street ‘s Sally Metcalfe (Sally Dynevor) was horrified when her husband Tim (Joe Duttine) finally admitted that he is married to another woman after they got hitched in Las Vegas in 2004.
Coronation Street spoilers previously revealed that Tim would realise that a Las Vegas wedding was legal after his dad Geoff married Yasmeen in a ceremony.
During Monday night’s episode, he finally told Sally the truth about his other marriage as she called him a criminal for committing bigamy.
Tim will have to sort out his problem one way or another, but has already said he is reluctant to divorce Charlie because it might alert the authorities about his two marriages.
He wants to sort it out as soon as possible to avoid Sally’s wrath, as she seems keen to not re-legalise their marriage due to his lies.
Could Tim resort to desperate measures to get Charlie out of his life once and for all?
According to Buzz Bingo soap stats exclusively given to Daily Star Online, Corrie is the soap most likely to kill off a character in a freak accident.
Eight characters in the soap have died odd deaths, including Joe McIntyre, who accidentally drowned in Lake Windermere 2010 while trying to fake his own death.
Harry Hewitt was crushed to death when the jack under his car slipped during a repair, while Valerie Barlow died when she was electrocuted by a faulty hairdyer.
In comparison, Emmerdale has had five deaths from unfortunate accidents, with Val Pollard being impaled with a shard of glass, and Ruby Haswell being slashed by a helicopter blade.
EastEnders has had the same number, with both Bradley and Abi Branning falling off the roof of the Queen Vic and Margaret Wilson hitting her head on a mantlepiece after tripping up.
Could Tim stage a freak accident to get his other wife out of the picture and to keep Sally happy?
One thing is for sure, he has to be very careful otherwise he could end up spending time behind bars.
Corrie continues tomorrow at 7.30pm on ITV.
