Actress Catherine Tyldesley, 34, has finally lifted the lid on whether diehard fans can expect to see her living it up in this year’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! camp.
The Coronation Street star, who played Eva Price in the soap, has been rumoured to be heading into the jungle following her character’s exit earlier this month.
Breaking her silence, Catherine set the record straight with her 416,000 Twitter followers.
She wrote: “Just to clarify and stop the rumours… I’m NOT going in the #jungle.
“I’d be the worst contestant ever!”
Fans commented on the post with many believing the telly babe was being too hard on herself.
One person replied: “Go on, I’d love to see you in there! Can’t be any worse than Helen Flanagan.”
“I’m sure you’d be the best,” said another.

While the line-up rumour mill is in full-swing, one thing that is for certain is that Holly Willoughby, 37, will be replacing Ant McPartlin, 42, on the show.
The This Morning bombshell will present alongside Declan Donnelly, 42, for the first time in its history.
Holly, 37, said: “I couldn’t be more excited to have been asked to stand alongside Dec for the next jungle adventure.
“I love Ant and want to send him my best wishes and support for a continued recovery. These are big shoes, not to fill, but just to keep warm for a little bit.”
She continued: “Honestly, I’m a huge fan of I’m A Celebrity and actually feel like I’ve won a competition to go and hang out on my favourite show!
“When is it a good time to tell Dec I’m scared of everything that moves?”
I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! is set to return later this year.
