Coronation Street ‘s Yasmeen Nazir (Shelley King) looks set to escape prison as fans have remembered abusive Geoff Metcalfe’s (Ian Bartholomew) sick lie about having a heart attack.

Yasmeen stabbed Geoff in the neck after he threatened to kill her, and she has been charged with attempted murder in a horrifying twist.

But it looks like Geoff’s lies could catch up with him as Sally Metcalfe looks set to discover that he was lying about having a heart condition.

It has already been revealed that Sally will become suspicious of Geoff, sparking tension between herself and husband Tim.

Could she find out that Tim never had a heart attack and lied about his condition as she talks to the doctor while he recovers in hospital?

One fan posted: “Hurry up and discover the lack of “condition” in Geoff’s “heart condition” already!”

Another added: “It’s well past time his lies caught up with him though, like his so called heart condition.”

A third chipped in: “So are they going to find out Geoff doesn’t have a heart problem?”

A fourth wrote: “Sally is definitely going to find something out.”
