After preforming the single Sober live, Demi looked close to tears as her fans sang the personal track back to her.
When Demi announced the track, thousands of fans showered her with messages of support, as well as A-listers who applauded her ability to admit that she had relapsed.
The 25-year-old took to Twitter to prove that she recognised the dedication from her fans, by posting a short video of her admiring her ‘Lovatics’.
During the video, the Sober instrumental played, while Demi complimented her screaming fans.
“the ones who never left me, you are my light. ”
While the star is smiling down at the large crowd, she mouths ‘thanks’ towards the end of the clip.
Finishing the video, she writes: “Thank you Lovatics.”
When the former Disney star posted the video, she captioned it: “To my fans, my family, and my supporters, the ones who never left me, you are my light.
“I am forever grateful.”
Thousands of fans responded to Demi’s video reminding her that they’re still supporting the star.
One fan tweeted: “We love you. You’ll get through this and come back 100x stronger, like you ALWAYS do. Stay strong.”
It was only last week that Demi released the single where she admits: “I’m not sober anymore.”
Having celebrated her six years of sobriety weeks before, the star stunned her fans with the admission.
Demi has acknowledged those fans that never left her side, and her A-list friends have shown their support to the singer through tweets of encouragement.
