The 30 year old is seen here modelling the site’s range of fitness brands, including Adidas, Nike, Reebok, Ellesse and Puma.
Mollie has even more interest in sport these days – she is dating cricketer Stuart Broad and the pair are reportedly house hunting together.
Here, she models the Littlewoods collection, tells us about her own fitness regime and reveals her idols…
What are your three favourite pieces from the new collection and why?
I loved the Adidas tropical-print gym shorts from the new sportswear collection – they are perfect for summer training.
I also loved the Under Armour burgundy and orange top and legging set as it was so comfy and lightweight and I really liked the colour combination.
How would you describe the new sports pieces that are launching?
It’s a really great collection with some fantastic bright colours and tropical prints, which I think are perfect for fitness in the summer months.
I also really love the classic pieces in the collection, such as the monochrome crop tops and leggings.
When choosing sportswear, what features are important to you?
I think more than anything it’s important to feel confident when in sportswear.
I like to wear sports clothes that I feel comfortable in but that are also nicely fitted and look stylish.
The athleisure trend has taken off in recent years.
Would you say you are a fan of it?
I wear athleisure wear out and about when running errands as well as in the gym – it’s really easy to just throw on and is so comfortable.
How do you style up your sportswear pieces to look more fashion-led?
I like to layer sportswear, I think adding a hoodie can make a look more fashion-led.
What would be your top tips for anyone trying to look casual-chic?
Invest in a really great pair of trainers – they are the key to casual-chic!
What piece of sportswear could you not live without and why?
I think it would have to be leggings. I love to wear them around the house or
when I’m out and about.
They are so comfortable and you can dress them up by wearing a nice top or jacket.
“I’m more of a gym bunny”
How many times a week do you work out?
I try to train three or four times a week.
I have a personal trainer that I go to or I really enjoy boxing.
Would you say you’re a gym bunny or do you prefer to exercise outdoors?
Generally, I’d say I’m more of a gym bunny, because I like doing indoor activities such as boxing.
However, when the sun’s out, I love working out in the sunshine – playing tennis on a sunny day is one of my favourite things to do.
Have you ever played any sports?
I used to ski for Great Britain before I joined The Saturdays – not many people know that!
So skiing is one of my favourite outdoor activities.
I also love to play tennis.
What are your top tips to looking good in the gym?
I never really wear make-up when I’m working out, normally just a good moisturiser and a bit of mascara.
Who is your fitness idol?
I love the Williams sisters [Serena and Venus] as they have such a great work ethic.
I love watching them play tennis.
What sort of trainer do you like?
Someone who’s strict but encouraging at the same time!
Are there any classes you’d like to try?
I’d love to try a barre class, I’ve heard it’s really good for your inner core strength and stamina.
What goals are you setting yourself for the rest of the year?
I’d really like to improve my flexibility and core strength overall.
