Good Morning Britain viewers in meltdown as woman strips NAKED live on show

Good Morning Britain viewers have been put off their breakfast by a guest who appeared on the show fully naked.

Dr Victoria Bateman appeared on the ITV morning show to campaign against Brexit without a stitch of clothing on.

Although her nude body was pixelated to protect her modesty, that wasn’t enough for some viewers who thought the segment was too vulgar for their early start.

After the interview instantly trended on social media, stand-in host Richard Madeley revealed that he had received messages to say that Victoria even made babies cry.

One viewer took to social media to write: “There’s a naked woman on GMB and I’ve just got up. Cover yourself up hun.”

A second fumed at the show: “Why the f*** are you giving this exhibitionist air time? The only message she’s offering sets women back many years. Weirdo.”

A third added: “No Good Morning Britain, it’s way too early for naked TV.”

“Wow, what is that woman on?” a fourth viewer pondered. “Do we really need to see this? To be honest, she’s not drawing attention to Brexit but to herself.”

Another branded Victoria an “attention-seeking weirdo,” while another wrote: “To be honest I don’t want a naked crazy lady or a naked crazy man preaching how bad Brexit is at this time in a morning.”

Defending her nude appearance, Victoria said: “The key message that I really have to deliver is that Brexit is the emperor’s new clothes, that what high profile Brexiteers promised Brexit voters is just not possible to deliver.

“The British economy faces many, many problems right now. Shortage of housing, problems with the NHS, wages stagnating, too many people up and down the country using food banks, but the European Union is not the cause of those problems, so how is it going to help us?

“How is Brexit going to help us solve those problems that are at the heart of our daily struggle?” she continued.

Good Morning Britain airs weekdays at 6am on ITV.
