Loose Women will not be on air for the rest of the week after yesterday’s episode was the last show to be aired.
The show has been taken off air to make way for the Cheltenham Festival coverage in the afternoons, so the ladies won’t be on air again until next Monday.
Loose Women is the only daytime show to be affected by the schedule switch-up as Good Morning Britain, Lorraine, and This Morning will be airing as normal.
This isn’t the first time this has happened, as the chat show was taken off air back in December to make way for the General Election coverage.
Furious viewers rushed to social media to share their annoyance at the schedule change, as one posted: “Why can’t you put the horse racing on one of your other free to watch channels.
“I suppose if the racing had been cancelled because of the Coronavirus the ladies would be on. USE YOUR OTHER CHANNELS ITV!”
Another added: “Will miss Loose Women this week – they should put it on early when racing is on.”
A third chipped in: “Bloody horse racing, gonna have to watch bargain hunt now.”
A fourth wrote: “Oh no , I’ll miss Loose Women.”
A fifth agreed: “Bloody horse racing, you’ve got umpteen channels ITV, stop cancelling the one programme I look forward to watching every day.”
Presenter Stacey Solomon may be glad of the break so she can celebrate her boyfriend Joe Swash winning Dancing on Ice at the weekend.
She was absent from the show as he appeared to talk about his victory, and he and Alex Murphy narrowly beat Perri Kiely and Vanessa Bauer to get the trophy.
But the pair have finally been reunited as they shared a happy family picture together, including their fourth boys in the cute snap.
Loose Women continues net Monday at 12.30pm on ITV.
