In tonight’s Love Island, the islanders discovered that the public had been voting to save their favourite couples after last night’s revealed a handful of them were at risk of being dumped.
The other islanders had to decide who was the least compatible, with those receiving votes then being at risk from the public vote.
Newbies Jamie Clayton and Natalia Zoppa were sent home from the public vote, but Molly Smith and Callum Jones, and Priscilla Anyabu and Mike Boateng were still at risk.
The public vote saved Jess Gale and Ched Uzor, as well as Luke Mabbott and Demi Jones from the bottom three.
Reading out a menacing text, Luke Trotman said: “Molly and Callum, and Priscilla and Mike, you are still vulnerable.
“But only one more couple will leave tonight. Which couple stays and which couple is dumped will be decided by your fellow islanders.”
The safe islanders’ faces dropped following the text as they realised the difficult decision they would be forced to make.
Both couples are made up of an original cast member – Callum and Mike – and a Casa Amor addition – Molly and Priscilla.
Before Molly, Callum was coupled up with Shaughna Phillips, who was dumped in a shock recoupling last week when Luke M chose to couple up with Demi.
Meanwhile, Mike had spent most of his time with Leanne Amaning, though they split when she “got the ick”.
Viewers will now have to wait until tomorrow’s episode to see who the other islanders want to send packing.
Love Island continues tomorrow at 9pm on ITV2
