Earlier on in the episode, Yewande sat on Danny’s lap in front of Arabella in a bid to claim back her hunky beau.
And her territorial gesture didn’t going unnoticed by Arabella.
Grabbing Yewande for a chat, Arabella wanted to know what was going on romantically between her and Danny.
She responded: “I think at the moment we’re just really strong and we’re going forward. Everything is looking good.”
Not happy with the reply, Arabella said: Today, both of us [Arabella and Danny] were saying that we can’t deny a connection. So, from my point of view I think he is telling you one thing and me one thing. He feels that he still wants to get to know me.
“Earlier I was chatting with him on the bean bags and you just came and sat on him. I just feel like it’s a bit territorial.”
Yewande added: “I feel like if I am coupled up with someone and I want to sit on them then I can.”
However, Arabella continued to probe: “Do you not think you’re going from nought to 150?”
Yewande replied: “I don’t think sitting on someone’s leg is me going from zero to 150.”
After her chat with Arabella, Yewande headed over to the kitchen with Molly-Mae Hague and Amber Gill, and was definitely not happy with how her chat with Arabella went.
Yewande said: “I am livid. She said I was being territorial over him.
“i am f***ing fuming.
“The crazy bitch in me is about to come out.”
Fans backed Yewande after her heated conversation with Arabella, with many showing their support on social media.
One wrote: “Sorry but after tonight I’ve gone back to loving Yewande, Arabella is just there to stir the pot and I’m done with her already.”
A second put: “Arabella knows what she’s doing winding Yewande up on purpose and being so patronising. Her and Danny having a little giggle sesh talking s**t about Yewande. Danny is such a snake like sorry pal – are you not coupled up with her?”
While a third agreed: “Danny literally said that he wanted Arabella’s arrival to change Yewande and now he has the audacity to complain about Yewande’s behaviour behind her back.”
Love Island airs tonight on iTV2 at 9pm.
