Duct tape fashion continues to make a splash on the catwalk.
The Black Tape Project unveiled its latest designs in a Miami Swim Week show.
And this season, it looks like metallic tape is all the rage.
Here are the most eye-popping looks we spotted at the event.
Joel Alvarez, founder of the Black Tape Project, is the brains behind the quirky style.
During Miami Swim Week, the artist debuted his new garments on the catwalk.
Scores of models paraded down the runway in nothing but the thin material.
The intricate swimwear designs were created by cutting the tape into shapes.
Geometric patters typically adorn the chest, while cuffs and strips tend to wind around the arms and intimate areas.
One of the most eye-popping looks was metallic.
A near-naked model sported sharp shapes of tape across her torso and breasts.
The bronze material was also wound around her lower and upper arms.
Meanwhile, another catwalk star wore the gold tape as she strut her stuff.
This time, the sticky fabric resembled a cut-out cossie.
The unconventional fabric shimmered as the catwalk star struck a pose at the end of the runway.
A third model donned the metallic tape on the catwalk.
But this time, the bombshell was also styled with white strips of material.
This light tape was placed around her boobs and down the sides of her body, emphasising her hourglass shape.
Arm cuffs, sticky briefs and golden jewellery completed the daring ensemble.
The Miami Swim Week show comes after Joel attended the Legends Spirits Kick-Off Party.
The event, which took place at the start of the fashion week, was hosted by W South Beach and Sports Illustrated.
Colourful duct tape was a hit at this party.
One model was styled with bright blue tape, while another was given a stick-on bikini made from purple material.
Black duct tape designs were also rocked by runway beauties.
This sticky material cleverly mimicked the effect of latex – although they would be even harder to wriggle out of.
