MAKING A SPLASH: Everyone’s talking about this bikini (Pic: BEGINNING BOUTIQUE)

A Beginning Boutique swimwear set has gone viral for a bizarre reason.

When pictures of the two-piece were uploaded to Facebook, they were immediately

In just 24 hours, the post has racked up 7,000 likes and 99,000 comments.

So can you see why the garment has caused so much of a stir?

Online retailer Beginning Boutique is selling the Haymen bikini for £47.

While the top half of the set is very modest for swimwear, the same can’t be said for the rest of the outfit.

Those who wore the two-piece out in public would risk flashing their intimate areas to the world.

FLASHION: Some think this bikini is far too revealing (Pic: BEGINNING BOUTIQUE)

After the store posted a snap of a model wearing the garment, the picture soon went viral.

Many commented that the outfit would be far too racy for the everyday woman.

One Facebook user joked that the bikini should be named the “Hymen” and not the “Haymen”.

Another laughed: “Start running down the beach in these bad boys and your flaps start clapping for you.”

A third asked: “Do you sell any swimwear that actually covers the vagina?”

Others imagined what they would look like in the revealing swimwear.

An amused responder wrote: “That looks a Rolls Royce vagina, got anything to suit a Suzuki Swift?”

A second remarked: “I don’t even think this would be think this would be thick enough to use as floss for my teeth let alone to cover my vagina.

“I’d be out there looking like a poorly packed baguette.”

Another admitted: “Good God, this would make my vagina look like a porcupine stuck under a floorboard.”
